Accessibility
Last updated October 27, 2026. This page says what we have measured about radmail.ai, what we have not, and how to tell us about a barrier. It is a self-assessment, not an audit, and it is written to be specific enough that you can tell the difference.
Where we stand
radmail.ai is partially conformant with WCAG 2.2level AA. “Partially conformant” is the honest term: some of the site has been checked and fixed, and some of it has not been assessed at all. We are not going to claim a level we have not tested for.
This statement covers the marketing site at radmail.ai. The application at app.radmail.ai is a separate surface and is not covered here.
What we have measured
- An automated axe-core scan of the home page returned 0 violations against 30 passing checks (October 26, 2026).
- Links inside paragraphs carry an underline, not just a second shade of amber. Colour alone was doing the work, and amber against the surrounding cream measured 1.75:1 where WCAG 1.4.1 wants 3:1.
- A “Skip to main content” link is the first thing you reach by keyboard on every page, so the navigation can be bypassed rather than tabbed through 19 times (WCAG 2.4.1). Focused, it measures 10.14:1.
- The CRT screen treatment is decorative — the scanline and flicker layers are hidden from assistive technology, the flicker animates only if you have not asked your system for reduced motion, and the blinking cursors and smooth scrolling switch off when you have.
- Pages declare a language, use one top-level heading, and put their content in a main landmark.
What has not been tested
This is the part most statements leave out, so it is worth being plain. An automated scan only reaches a minority of the WCAG success criteria — it is good at contrast, names and roles, and blind to whether a page actually makes sense in use.
- No manual screen-reader pass has been done (VoiceOver, NVDA or JAWS).
- No independent or third-party evaluation. Every measurement above is our own.
- The scan covered the home page. The other routes have had specific fixes applied but have not each been scanned individually.
- The interactive demos have not been assessed for keyboard-only completion end to end.
- Nobody has tested this site with us who relies on assistive technology daily. That is the gap we would most like to close.
Telling us about a barrier
If something on this site blocked you, we want to know, and you do not need to diagnose it or know the standard it breaks. Email support@radmail.ai and say what you were trying to do and where it stopped. The page address and what you were using to browse help, but send it even if you have neither.
There is no separate accessibility inbox yet — that address is read by the same small team that builds the product, which is also why a reply comes from a person rather than a ticket number.
How this statement was prepared
Prepared on October 27, 2026 by self-assessment: automated testing with axe-core, manual inspection of the served markup and stylesheets, and contrast measured arithmetically against the colours actually painted rather than assumed from the palette. It will be revised when something on the measured list changes — and the conformance claim above will not move up without an audit behind it.
